Project Manager

Ben oversees construction projects for 43K, coordinating procurement and planning in the office before and during a build. Ben leads and supports two construction crews and is often found in the field completing field reviews.

For years, Ben was 43K’s Park Operations Manager for Strathcona and Cape Scott Parks. As we welcomed a dedicated Park Operations Manager to the team in 2022, Ben moved into a mentor role with the park operations’ teams.

Ben’s educational background includes a Technical Diploma in Fish, Wildlife and Recreation Land Management from BCIT, along with various Project Management certificates. He brings many years of frontline and office experience in the park operations, residential and landscape construction industries to his role at 43K.
