Once all pre-construction planning, permitting and preparation has been completed it is time to start the build.

The construction portion of our project management process includes:

• Finalizing the project budget, schedule and scope.

• Mobilising our qualified and experienced construction team to your building site to build the project according to the approved plan. 

• Sticking to a rigorous budget, schedule and quality control process to ensure the job is kept on track and risks are mitigated along the way. 

• Prefabricating any structures for remote wilderness sites without power or other amenities.

• Ongoing reporting and communications throughout the build.
