Design and Pre-construction
Based on outcomes from our planning stage as well as owner input, our team will develop high quality drawings and specifications that will be used in the permitting, procurement and construction phase.
The design and pre-construction portion of our project management process involves:
Obtaining permits.
Undertaking required pre-construction assessments.
Engaging a general contractor or network of contractors that are qualified to undertake the build. For some projects, this is 43K’s in-house construction team that leads, supports and/or supervises the build to ensure outcomes are met.
Refining the budget, schedule and scope of the project.
Ongoing reporting and communications.
