Operations

The build has been completed and our crews have moved off site. It is time to hand over the project to owners so that they can begin to operate or move in themselves.

The operations portion of our project management process involves:

• Completing final details so that the project is ready for occupancy and/or operations.

• Handing over critical information and any equipment manuals for assets installed onsite during the build.

• Assisting with changes to insurance and financing.

• Closing out procurement accounts.
