The value of planning cannot be overstated, especially on remote wilderness projects. We make sure we have every detail figured out before boots hit the ground, saving you costly and time consuming delays.

The planning portion of our project management process involves:

• Working with owners to establish a vision and approach for the project. 

• Articulating and defining the goals of the project and their associated KPIs.

• Establishing and gathering the key consultant team, assembling architects, structural engineers and other specialists required.

• Facilitating a brainstorming session with owners to discuss alternatives, opportunities and project constraints before beginning the construction process.

• Establishing consensus on the project deliverables and signing off on these.

• Preparing a formal Project Plan that includes the initial budget, schedule, scope of work, a risk management plan and communication scheme.
